Hello I’m Josie, a qualified psychotherapist. I am passionate about my role and dedicated to sharing my diverse expertise to support you on your journey. My professional background encompasses navigating the sensitive areas of baby loss, miscarriage, abortion, and TFMR (termination for medical reasons). Additionally, I've honed my skills in trauma-informed practice and hold a particular interest in PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), hormone-related moods, and ADHD (attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder). I additionally have training in adult survivors of child sexual assault.​​​​​​

I specialise in helping individuals who suffer from Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). I offer group therapy sessions for PMDD sufferers, as well as workshops and training for other professionals in PMDD informed in practice.
NB: I provide Psychotherapy for a variety of other issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self esteem, and more.
