Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs, rooted in person-centred principles and a deep well of compassion.
My aim is to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow.
My professional background encompasses navigating the sensitive areas of baby loss, miscarriage, abortion, and TFMR (termination for medical reasons). Additionally, I've honed my skills in trauma-informed practice and hold a particular interest in PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), hormone-related moods, and ADHD (attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder). I additionally have training in adult survivors of child sexual assault.

Let's embark on this transformative path together.
I specialise in helping individuals who suffer from Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). I offer group therapy sessions for PMDD sufferers, as well as workshops and training for other professionals in PMDD informed in practice.
